Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Orders are prepared for shipment after payment is confirmed. When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used for the order.

Please review your shipping address carefully. If you need an address correction, contact us as soon as possible at support@jhl.design. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges required by the destination country unless stated otherwise at checkout.

For delayed, lost, damaged, or incorrect shipments, email support@jhl.design with your order number. We normally reply within 1–2 business days.
