Can I change my order details?
If your order has not been shipped yet, we’re happy to help.
Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to update or cancel it for you.
Once the order has been shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
When will my order be shipped?
We usually prepare and ship your order within 1–3 business days after it is placed.
Each piece is carefully packed to ensure it arrives safely.
For custom or made-to-order items, the estimated processing and delivery time will be shown on the product page. In most cases, these orders are completed and delivered within 35 days.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
Major regions with direct international shipping: approximately 6–10 business days
Other or remote areas: delivery times may vary and can take longer depending on local logistics
Please note that during peak seasons or customs delays, delivery may take a little longer.

Returns & Exchanges
How can I request a return?
To request a return, please contact our support team at ella.h.jhl@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item. We will send you a return authorization and instructions within 24–48 hours.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Personalized goods are non-returnable. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
How can I exchange an item?
To exchange an item (e.g., size/color), email us at ella.h.jhl@gmail.com with your order number and the new item you want. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. You will be responsible for return shipping, and we will cover the cost of resending the new item.

What should I do if I forget my password?
