These Terms of Service govern authorized use of NookeryVerse Social API, a social media publishing and media management integration used by NookeryVerse.

Use of the Service

You may use the integration only for accounts and content you are authorized to manage and only in compliance with these terms, applicable laws, and the rules of each connected platform.

TikTok Authorization

When you connect TikTok, you authorize the integration to request only the permissions shown on TikTok's authorization screen. You may revoke access through TikTok account settings at any time.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights clearance of content you select, for protecting access to your accounts, and for reviewing content and privacy settings before publication.

Intellectual Property

You retain rights in content you own. You must not upload or publish content that infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the integration for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, unauthorized, or security-compromising activity, or to evade platform safeguards and policies.

Availability and Disclaimer

The integration is provided on an "as available" basis. Features may depend on third-party platforms and may change, become unavailable, or require renewed authorization.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, JHL Furnishing and Fashion Inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the integration.

Suspension and Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or platform requirements, address misuse, or maintain service security. You may stop using the integration and revoke platform access at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or platform changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
