NookeryVerse Social API is a social media publishing and media management integration used by NookeryVerse. This policy explains how information is handled when an authorized user connects a TikTok account.

Information We Access

Depending on the permissions shown and approved in TikTok, we may access the connected account's TikTok open_id, display name, avatar, basic profile information, and video list. When Content Posting is authorized, the integration may also upload content selected by the authorized user.

How We Use Information

We use this information to identify the connected TikTok account, display account and video information, prepare authorized publishing workflows, process selected uploads, maintain the integration, and troubleshoot authorization or delivery issues.

Sharing, Service Providers, and Sale

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that host or operate the integration, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect the service and its users. We do not permit service providers to use TikTok information for their own independent purposes.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain TikTok information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the integration or satisfy legal obligations. To request deletion, email support@jhl.design. We will verify and process valid requests in accordance with applicable law. You may also revoke the integration's access from your TikTok account settings.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information. Contact support@jhl.design to submit a request.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the integration, platform requirements, or applicable law. The effective date above indicates the latest revision.
