Real Furniture, in Miniature: Why We Build at 1:6
Oct 22, 2026
NookeryVerse started with a simple idea: a miniature chair should look like a chair you could actually sit in. Not a toy version of one. A real piece of furniture, made small.

Our 1:6 Cowhide Suede Lounge Chair with Side Table: wood, leather and suede, made small.
Why 1:6
At 1:6, a full-size armchair becomes about 13–15 cm tall. That is large enough for wood grain, stitched upholstery, metal hardware, and soft cushions to read as real materials, and small enough to sit on a shelf. It is also the scale used by many 11–12 inch fashion dolls and 1/6 figures, so the same room can be a display piece on its own or a set for your dolls.

We also make selected pieces in 1:12 for traditional dollhouse collectors, and our listings show the scale in the title. If you are not sure which scale you need, start with our Scale Guide.
What we make
- Furniture first. Lounge chairs, armchairs, sideboards, tables, and bathroom fixtures are the heart of the collection.
- Rooms, not random pieces. We design in series so pieces belong together: a Mid-Century Modern lounge, a Classic & Cottage sitting room.
- Finishing details, in the same scale. Linens, cookware, and tableware that complete a room, never the other way around.

Furniture first: our 1:6 clawfoot bathtub and freestanding faucet, shown with a 1:6 doll for scale. See the Bathtub & Matching Faucet Set.

Finishing details in the same scale: the 1:6 Blue & White Table Linen Set.
Made for collectors
Our miniatures are display pieces for collectors aged 14 and up. They are not toys. Our listings include size charts and scale photos so you can see what arrives.
Thank you for building small worlds with us.
